You work hands‑on within your assigned domains to shape use cases, assess value and feasibility, and support roadmap development, acting as the day‑to‑day strategy counterpart to business and technology teams. Through structured thinking and close stakeholder engagement, you ensure Agentic AI initiatives within your domains are coherent, grounded in reality, and aligned to the overall domain strategy set by the Strategy Lead!

Engages closely with senior partners and technical teams, contributing insight and challenge, without being the ultimate decision‑maker.

  • Experience supporting domain‑level strategy development, translating business priorities into use‑case assessments, value cases, and structured plans or roadmaps.
  • Strong ability to structure ambiguous problems, analyse options and trade‑offs, and produce clear, decision‑ready strategy artefacts.
  • Experience working hands‑on with business and technology collaborators within defined domains or initiatives, supporting alignment and progress.
  • Strong analytical and commercial judgement, with the ability to assess value potential, feasibility, and delivery risk.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to produce clear, executive‑quality materials.
  • Experience working in financial services or another complex, regulated environment, supporting strategy or transformation initiatives.
  • Exposure to AI, data, or digital use cases within a business domain, from early shaping through delivery or adoption.
  • Experience supporting portfolio prioritisation, value tracking, or benefits reporting, rather than owning enterprise‑level frameworks.
  • Familiarity with modern data and AI platforms sufficient to understand dependencies, constraints, and delivery considerations.
  • Experience working as part of cross‑functional delivery teams, supporting coordination across business, technology, and control functions.
