Softcat is seeking a Business Resilience Lead to shape and embed resilience across the organisation, collaborating with stakeholders across business and technology teams to strengthen our ability to manage disruption and recover quickly.
In this role you will define and evolve our MVC, maintain BCMS aligned to ISO 22301, develop crisis management and recovery plans, and drive resilience improvements across people, process, operations, technology and suppliers.
