We are seeking a motivated and collaborative individual to join our team as a Business Change Manager. This role offers an exciting opportunity to support the delivery of strategic change projects, helping colleagues across the University plan, adopt and embed new policies, processes, technologies and ways of working within a dynamic and inclusive environment.
You will be responsible for:- Lead business change activity within projects and programmes.
- Undertake impact assessments, stakeholder analysis and organisational readiness activities.
- Develop and deliver stakeholder engagement, planning communications, transition and adoption plans.
- Facilitate workshops and engagement activities to co-design effective solutions.
- Monitor readiness, adoption and benefits realisation.

Essential Criteria :- Experience delivering business change in a complex organisation with multiple stakeholder groups.
- A track record of supporting people through change and driving adoption of new ways of working.
- Strong stakeholder management, facilitation and communication skills.
- The ability to influence and lead without formal authority.
- Experience developing change strategies, plans and interventions that deliver measurable outcomes.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Experience working within project or programme environments.
- Experience with in Higher Education and recognised change or project management qualifications would be advantageous.
