What you’ll be doingYou’ll help shape the future of the UK’s leading Personal Loans business, influencing how millions of customers access and manage borrowing while driving growth and transformation. You’ll design a long‑term strategic roadmap for growth, develop new propositions and initiatives that deliver commercial value and improve customer outcomes. Working closely with product, pricing and platform teams, you’ll turn customer insight, market intelligence and emerging technology trends into opportunities that keep us ahead of expectations and the competitive landscape.
You’ll use your understanding of customer needs, technology and data to identify new opportunities for growth, ensuring propositions are developed responsibly and in line with regulatory requirements such as Consumer Duty. You’ll collaborate with stakeholders across the Group to turn strategic thinking into tangible outcomes, using AI and data capabilities to accelerate innovation, improve delivery and create exceptional customer experiences.
This is a highly visible role that influences key business decisions, contributes to a culture of innovation and continuous improvement, and helps build a high‑performing team passionate about transforming the future of lending.

Essential Skills- 3+ years’ experience in strategy, commercial, proposition or growth‑focused roles
- Strong consumer insight capability, translating customer needs into product and proposition strategies
- Experience developing and delivering product, proposition or business transformation initiatives that drive commercial and customer outcomes
- Experience leveraging technology and data as business enablers, including exposure to AI‑led solutions or transformation programmes
- Strong stakeholder management, communication and influencing skills, building relationships across large, complex organisations
- Experience working within Financial Services, ideally in Retail Banking
- Understanding of the Consumer Duty regulatory framework
- Experience embedding agile ways of working and supporting business transformation within cross‑functional teams
