Working as part of Deloitte's national and global transfer pricing network, you'll partner with senior tax and finance leaders across a range of industries – from household‑name multinationals to dynamic UK groups with complex cross‑border operations. Your

new role

As a Transfer Pricing Associate Director, you'll play a key role in delivering advisory, compliance, and strategic planning services across a broad portfolio of clients. Working closely with Partners and Directors, you'll help shape and lead projects involving:

  • Designing and implementing transfer pricing models and policies
  • Reviewing documentation (Master File and Local File) and economic analyses
  • Supporting clients through HMRC enquiries, APAs, MAPs, and the UK Profit Diversion Compliance Facility
  • Developing operational transfer pricing solutions and providing practical implementation support
  • Collaborating with the wider M&A practice on due diligence and post‑acquisition structuring
  • Mentoring junior team members and helping to shape the national learning programme
Qualifications
  • Strong communication and relationship management skills
  • Excellent analytical and problem‑solving ability
  • Project management experience, including budgeting and time frames
  • A proactive, ambitious mindset with a desire to progress your career
  • (Desirable) CTA or equivalent qualification, or relevant industry background
