The Monitoring Team at Colliers provides independent advice to banks, lenders, and funders on property development and construction projects. They monitor developments from inception through to completion, assessing project costs, risks, programmes, and progress to ensure schemes remain on track and within budget.

The team reviews financial information, construction progress, and project documentation, preparing detailed reports that help clients make informed lending and investment decisions. Working across a wide range of residential, commercial, industrial, and mixed‑use developments, the team plays a key role in supporting successful project delivery.

As a Monitoring Surveyor, you will work alongside experienced colleagues to deliver independent monitoring services on behalf of banks, alternative lenders, funders, and investors. You will be responsible for assessing and reporting on development projects, helping clients manage risk throughout the construction lifecycle.

This is an excellent opportunity for a recently qualified MRICS surveyor looking to develop their career within a market‑leading consultancy.
