As a Bid Support Executive at IRIS, you'll play an integral role in supporting our Bid Management team throughout the full bid lifecycle, helping us secure new business opportunities across the UK.
You’ll be responsible for identifying and qualifying tender opportunities, coordinating smaller bid submissions and ensuring our framework agreements remain compliant and up to date. Working closely with teams across Sales, Marketing, Legal and Product, you'll help deliver high-quality submissions while continuously improving our bid processes and tools.

Key ResponsibilitiesSupport the Bid Team throughout the full bid lifecycle, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met.
Manage and maintain the tender alert platform, identifying and qualifying new opportunities that align with business strategy.
Take ownership of smaller bid submissions, including Expressions of Interest (EOIs), Selection Questionnaires and market engagement responses.
Coordinate and maintain framework agreements, ensuring documentation, compliance requirements and renewal deadlines are managed effectively.
Act as the team's APMP champion, keeping up to date with industry best practice and sharing knowledge with colleagues.
Support continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to enhance bid processes, tools and ways of working.
Assist in creating and delivering internal training and guidance on bid management best practices.
Maintain bid content libraries and knowledge resources to support future submissions.
Collaborate with stakeholders across Sales, Marketing, Legal, Product and subject matter experts to deliver compelling, high-quality bids.
Ensure all bid submissions are aligned with company standards, branding and strategic objectives.
We're looking for someone who has:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail.
Outstanding organisational and project management abilities, with the ability to manage multiple deadlines.
Experience working within a bid support, bid coordination, proposal management or administrative role would be advantageous.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proactive approach.
High proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint.
The ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively across multiple teams.
A flexible, adaptable mindset with the ability to prioritise workload in a fast-paced environment.
A positive, team-focused attitude with a genuine willingness to learn and continuously improve.
Experience working with tender portals or bid management software would be beneficial but is not essential.
