Location: Manchester
Salary: £95,000 to £140,000
Experience: Partner level (salary partner with a modest client following)

What You’ll Be Doing- Advising individuals, families and business owners on a broad range of private client matters
- Handling complex wills, trusts and estate planning work, including succession and long-term planning
- Advising on probate and estate administration matters, including higher value and more complex estates
- Supporting colleagues across the wider firm with private wealth and succession considerations
- Building and strengthening client relationships, with meaningful influence over service delivery
- Playing an active role in shaping team direction, business development activity and the wider growth strategy
- Mentoring and developing colleagues, helping to build a high-performing, quality-led culture
- Partner level experience in Private Client (or a Senior Associate or Legal Director ready for partnership)
- A modest client following, or a clear and credible plan to build one quickly
- Strong experience advising clients directly, with the confidence to lead relationships and deliver a high-touch service
- A practical, solutions-led style, with a focus on clarity, efficiency and high quality outcomes
- The ability to work independently, while enjoying a collaborative, supportive environment
