IES Utilities is seeking a Bid Coordinator to support the preparation and submission of high-quality tender responses. You will work closely with Pre-Construction, Commercial, and Operational teams to ensure timely and compliant bids.
The role requires managing bid documentation, facilitating collaboration across departments, and adhering to governance and quality standards throughout the bid lifecycle. You will also assist in crafting and proofing responses to ensure accuracy and alignment with client requirements.
