Experteer Overview In this role you contribute to the Services Governance & Portfolio function by building and maintaining continuous improvement (CI) reporting, policies, and communications. You translate data into clear narratives that demonstrate value and drive engagement across Tech & Services. You will draft guidance, SOPs, and marketing materials to support CI initiatives and training. The position offers hybrid working and cross-functional collaboration within a supportive, innovative tech environment.
You'll impact how services are delivered and improved, aligning work with strategy and customer outcomes. Pay / Benefits
- Collaborate with Data & Reporting to build and maintain CI reporting (activity, benefits, themes) Turn data into actionable narratives that demonstrate value and drive engagement Draft and refine CI policy, guidance and SOPs Create slide decks, updates and messaging for stakeholders Support CI communications rollout across Tech & Services Stand up core CI assets: improvement log/tracking tools, request intake processes, templates and playbooks Collaborate with Service Development, Risk, Quality, Change, Data & Reporting Tasks Strong MS Office skills (Word and PowerPoint essential) Experience in an improvement-based role or industry Understanding of Jira (desirable) Ability to turn data into insight and clear outputs Strong analytical and data interpretation skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Key requirements Hybrid working Flexible hours Supportive team Autonomy Diversity and inclusion focus_ up core CI assets: improvement log/tracking tools, request intake processes, templates and playbooks Collaborate with Service Development, Risk, Quality, Change, Data & Reporting Tasks Strong MS Office skills (Word and PowerPoint essential) Experience in an improvement-based role or industry Understanding of Jira (desirable) Ability to turn data into insight and clear outputs Strong analytical and data interpretation skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Key requirements Hybrid working Flexible hours Supportive team Autonomy Diversity and inclusion focus
