Experteer Overview In this role you contribute to bridging the business with Data & Digital by engaging stakeholders, capturing needs, and shaping data and digital requirements. You will support the Business Partnering Team Lead in coordinating cross-department collaboration and ensuring alignment with strategic objectives. The role focuses on enabling informed decision-making and solution development through effective business engagement and rigorous documentation.

You will work in a collaborative, flexible environment that values individual perspectives and supports growth. This is a hands‑on role with a clear impact on backlog management and project progress. Pay / Benefits

  • Stakeholder engagement to build relationships and understand priorities
  • Elicit, define, and document data and digital requirements for technical teams
  • Identify gaps in data and digital capabilities and support business case development
  • Assist in backlog management and prioritization
  • Communicate findings and recommendations to both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Maintain records of interactions, requirements, and project progress; prepare reports and presentations for decision-making
  • Tasks Experience in a business support, analyst, or stakeholder engagement role
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to gather and document business requirements effectively
  • Basic understanding of Jira or willingness to learn
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and collaboration tools (Teams, SharePoint)
