You will be helping participants unlock their potential and guiding them toward sustainable employment, from career coaching to personal development, addressing complex and varied challenges along the way.

What youll be doing:

• This role primarily deals with participants looking to set up their own self-employment businesses. you will be supporting them with building and creating their businees profile and understand the legal requirements with DWP and HMRC.
• Collaborating with participants through diagnostic assessments to identify barriers and create action plans that shift mindsets and identify the steps needed to secure meaningful employment.
