We are looking for a Visitor Experience Producer and Programmer to join our team. The role is full time and permanent working 36 hours per week.
We offer flexible working arrangements where the role allows. Due to the operational demands of the role, candidates will ideally be based in either the Midlands, London, South East or East of England. You can be based in one of our regional office locations (Bristol, Swindon, London) or one of our site based offices (Dover Castle, Wrest Park) or be a homeworker.
As a national role some travel will be needed.

We're looking for a creative, audience-focused Visitor Experience Producer and Programmer to help develop and deliver an inspiring programme of events and activities across our estate.
As a key member of the Visitor Experience & Engagement team, you will work closely with the National Event and Venue Hire Programme Lead to shape our national visitor offer. Combining strategic planning with creative production, you'll develop engaging experiences that attract new audiences, encourage repeat visits and enhance the visitor experience across our historic properties. Using visitor insight, feedback and industry best practice, you will help ensure our programme remains relevant, memorable and appealing to a diverse range of audiences.
You will oversee the planning and coordination of a varied annual programme across our historic properties, ensuring activities are deliverable, commercially viable and consistently high quality. The role also involves championing inclusion and innovation by testing new formats, identifying emerging trends and partnership opportunities, and supporting site teams through the development of resources and guidance. Alongside maintaining a national events calendar, you will contribute to the successful delivery of events on site and drive continuous improvement in the visitor experience.
