Senior Associate, RTM Resource Officer

• Produce and analyse workforce and resource management reporting on utilisation, capacity, deployment and operational performance
• Maintain accurate workforce planning data, perform quality checks and update key systems
• Support forecasting, budgeting and resource deployment
• Build stakeholder relationships and communicate resource needs
• Manage priorities and support successful project delivery
• Identify resourcing risks and process improvement opportunities
• Use data-driven insights and technology to enhance efficiency and reporting
• Drive operational excellence

• Experience in workforce planning, resourcing, recruitment, project management or a related operational role within a professional environment
• Confident communication and stakeholder relationship-building skills
• Ability to manage competing priorities and multiple work streams in a fast-paced environment
• Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel
• Experience of workforce planning tools would be beneficial
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy when handling high volumes of information and reporting
