Business Analyst - Realisation

Business Analyst - Benefits Realisation - £500 p/d Outside IR35 Looking for an experienced Business Analyst to support a major business transformation programme that is currently evolving its delivery approach. The role will focus on reviewing and refreshing the programme's benefits model , ensuring that expected outcomes and benefits remain aligned as the scope and delivery approach develop. £500 p/d (Outside IR35) 3 month initial contract, with scope for extension Hybrid working - occasional travel to London and Kent for workshops and meetings, typically around 1-2 days per week when required.

Experience needed:
Experience as a Business Analyst within business transformation programmes Strong benefits realisation/benefits management experience Experience developing, reviewing or refreshing benefits models and frameworks Strong understanding of how changes to programme scope or delivery approach can impact expected benefits Experience translating business change into measurable outcomes and benefits Strong stakeholder management and communication skills Comfortable working independently within a changing and sometimes ambiguous environment

Experience with in financial services and/or the charity sector Experience working within MVP, Agile or iterative transformation environments would be advantageous
