Atlas FM are looking to recruit new team members! We are looking to recruit a Facilties Supervisor at our client’s premises. Responsibilities will include:- Welcoming and greeting all visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
- Managing the reception area and ensuring it is clean, tidy, and presentable at all times.
- Answering and directing incoming telephone calls and enquiries.
- Signing visitors in and out and issuing visitor passes where required.
- Notifying relevant employees when visitors arrive.
- Dealing with general enquiries and providing assistance where appropriate.
- Maintaining a professional and helpful approach at all times.
- Supporting meeting room bookings and general office administration activities.
- Maintaining visitor and reception records as required.
- Receiving, sorting, and distributing incoming post and parcels.
- Preparing and sending outgoing post, courier items, and deliveries.
- Recording and tracking incoming and outgoing packages where required.
- Ensuring confidential or sensitive correspondence is handled appropriately.
- Liaising with courier companies and delivery drivers.
- Arranging collections and deliveries when required.
- Managing consumable stock levels and ensuring equipment is maintained in good working order.
- Carrying out weekly inspections of the site to identify facilities deterioration and reporting or addressing issues as appropriate.
- Supporting the delivery of a safe, compliant, and efficient workplace environment
- Full learning and support from Atlas. (We believe in our people and want you to do well). Learning and Support will be a mixture of on-the-job training, tool box talks and discussions with your Supervisor/Manager about opportunities within the business.

We are looking for somone who:- Has previous experience within a facilities or workplace environment.
- Is confident using Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Is comfortable learning new systems, with training provided on internal platforms.
- Has strong organisational and communication skills.
- Is proactive, customer-focused, and able to work independently.
- Has experience identifying and implementing continuous improvement opportunities within facilities operations.
