Senior Product Manager - SaaS

Overview

• Own the strategy, roadmap, and outcomes for the website, property report, and wider digital products.
• Support other teams in alignment for 12 months while leading your own product areas.
• Shape and deliver our AI-driven strategy, including AI workflows and further Prop Tech AI integration.
• Lead discovery directly with customers, turning insights into actionable priorities.
• Influence senior stakeholders across engineering, design, data, and leadership to gain buy-in and drive execution.
• Act as a role model for independent decision‑making, coaching others and contributing to best practices.

• Proven experience in B2B or SaaS product strategy, with end‑to‑end ownership and clear commercial impact.
• Strong stakeholder management skills and able to influence across departments and levels.
• Comfort with autonomous working, so you don’t need hand‑holding or step‑by‑step direction.
• Confidence in using and integrating AI tools into your day‑to‑day product management (Claude Code and similar).
• A clear, articulate communicator who can explain what you’ve built, why you built it, and the results it achieved.
• Passion for product, motivation to improve processes, and curiosity to keep learning.

Demonstrates expertise in B2B and SaaS product strategy with a focus on AI integration and stakeholder management. Capable of leading product areas autonomously while driving commercial impact and fostering collaboration across teams.
