Service Charge Project Manager FTC

This is a 24monthfixed term contract role within the finance teamandwillmanage and deliver on the Service Charge Project at Salix.

• A root and branch review of service charges with theintended outcome to reduce the annual deficit Salix currently faces
• Develop relationships with multiple stakeholders inside and outside of the organisation
• Create andmaintainessential project documentation and plans
• Report progress on resources, scope, and timeline to stakeholders

• A finance professional whoisdriven to improve services andself-motivated.
• An effective communicator who can provide financial advice and guidance at all levels.
• Strong service charge experience in the Social Housing sector

• Annual Salary of £51,928up to £54,143
