Skills And Competencies

We are seeking a proactive, detail-oriented, and analytical individual with an interest in Project Management operations, governance, process improvement, and technology-enabled ways of working.

• Ability to maintain accurate documentation, project data, reports, and governance materials with a high level of attention to detail and organization
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to prepare professional presentations, reports, meeting outputs, and stakeholder updates
• Interest in data analysis and problem solving, with the ability to identify trends, patterns, risks, and opportunities for improvement
• Ability to work collaboratively with Project Managers, Business Analysts, and cross-functional stakeholders to achieve shared objectives
• Interest in process improvement and operational excellence, with the ability to identify opportunities to simplify and improve ways of working
• Strong learning mindset and initiative, with the ability to manage assigned deliverables, seek feedback, and continuously develop new skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Teams; familiarity with project or collaboration tools
• Basic understanding of artificial intelligence concepts, with curiosity and enthusiasm for learning how AI tools can be used to improve processes and drive efficiency. Interest in exploring AI systems and a willingness to develop awareness of responsible AI practices, including risk management and ethical use
• Understanding of Project Management methodologies and practices, including Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, project governance, and project lifecycle concepts
• Basic understanding of Software-as-a-Service solutions, application programming interfaces, or technology-enabled business processes
• Awareness of Know Your Customer, compliance, client onboarding, or regulated business environments

Education

• Currently enrolled in or recently completed a bachelor's or master's degree in Business, Management, Communications, or a related field
• Previous experience in project management is an advantage
• Available for a 4-5 month internship with a flexible start date

Support Project Management Office excellence by contributing to governance, reporting, process improvement, knowledge management, operational maturity, and artificial intelligence initiatives across the Customer Engagement organization.
