. We are looking for a passionate Senior Support Worker who personally wants to make a difference in the lives of young people.

• Lead a team of support workers to deliver a high standard of care at all times.
• Help support service users maximise their choices, rights and decisions.

• NVQ Level 3 in Residential Childcare.
• Experience working with Young People with Learning Difficulties or Emotional Behavioural Difficulties.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
