Pay: £35.00ph paid weekly via umbrella – inside IR35

Duties
A temporary Quantity Surveyor is required to assist with peaks in workload of delivering the Annual Capital Programme of Works, which includes Major schemes. The successful candidate will work as part of a Design & Delivery Team delivering planned, programmed works to parts of The clients circa 13,000 Housing Stock, including a range of tenanted High Rise, Low Rise, Sheltered blocks etc, delivering improvement works such as replacement kitchens, bathrooms, rewires, heating, Fire - Risk Assessments works, zero-carbon schemes, external cladding and insulation works, ad-hoc remedial works etc.
The role will involve traveling to and from site to carry out financial checks and attend meetings, so the candidate will be required to travel and therefore having access to a vehicle is preferable (standard milage rate allowance)
