Overview
SITE MANAGER I have an excellent opportunity for an experienced Site Manager to oversee the external facade package established on a 7 storey apartment development project for a tier 1 contractor.
Key Responsibilities- Managing all external facade works from start to completion, overseeing cladding, brickwork, window installation and detailing
- Coordinating subcontractors and ensuring programme adherence
- Maintaining high standards of H&S and quality on site, reporting progress to the project team
- Proven experience managing external packages on residential projects
- Strong knowledge of facade, cladding and brickwork sequencing
- SMSTS
- Valid CSCS card
