Castlefield Recruitment are working with a Housing Association in Greater Manchester to recruit an interim Property Inspector. The role offers £26-£28 per hour via umbrella and will be split between onsite visits and office working.
Key Responsibilities
- Responsible the managing responsive maintenance services to homes.
- Carry out out pre- and post-repair inspections.
- Oversee and monitor repair and refurbishment works to void properties, ensuring quality and timely completion.
- Deliver planned and cyclical maintenance programmes in line with organisational policies and procedures.
About You
- Social Housing surveying/inspections experience is required.
- HNC/HND/Building Surveying Degree is desirable.
- UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
