An established and highly regarded construction consultancy is seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their team delivering a major public sector project.
This is an excellent opportunity to work on a high-profile, long-term programme within a structured consultancy environment that offers flexibility, autonomy, and genuine career progression.
The role- Delivering full pre- and post-contract quantity surveying services
- Cost planning, cost reporting and forecasting
- Procurement and tender evaluation
- Contract administration
- Managing change control processes
- Liaising with client and wider project stakeholders
- Ensuring robust commercial governance throughout the project lifecycle
- Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor within a consultancy or client-side environment
- Experience delivering public sector projects (desirable)
- Strong working knowledge of NEC contracts (preferred)
- Excellent commercial reporting and cost control skills
- Confident communicator with strong stakeholder management ability
- MRICS qualified or working towards chartership (desirable)
- Salary up to £68,000
- Flexible working - Manchester office base or remote with occasional travel
