I have an excellent opportunity for a Senior Site Manager to join a reputable, dynamic company that specialise in providing high quality apartments, houses and commercial projects in London and the Home Counties.

The company have been around since the 1990’s, carrying out projects including new build residential, residential refurbishments, as well as refurbishment and conversions of commercial properties, up to £20m in value.

They are looking for a Senior Site Manager that has a strong track record working for a reputable Main Contractor with experience of overseeing new build residential, residential refurbishments as well as refurbishing / converting conversion buildings.

Senior Site Manager:

• Experience working for a reputable Main Contractor
• Track record overseeing new build residential, residential refurbishments and refurbishment / conversions of commercial properties
• Familiar with Traditional Build and RC Frame Apartments
• Excellent all round construction knowledge and experience
• Excellent management skills with the ability to get the best out of people
• SMSTS, CSCS & First Aid
