DescriptionCareys Civil Engineering is seeking experienced and reliable Shuttering Carpenters to join our teams delivering major civil engineering projects in the West Cumbria. This role offers the opportunity to work on long-term, high-profile infrastructure schemes with a company known for its commitment to quality, safety, and people development.

Key Responsibilities- Carrying out shuttering and formwork activities to specification
- Interpreting drawings and working accurately to programme requirements
- Maintaining high standards of workmanship and site housekeeping
- Working safely, efficiently, and collaboratively as part of a site team
- Complying with all health, safety, and environmental standards
- Proven experience in a Joiner role, particularly within civil engineering or large-scale construction projects
- Ability to demonstrate consistent, long-term work history
- Valid Blue CSCS Card (essential)
- Sound knowledge of manual handling and safe working practices
- Strong commitment to health and safety
