Our client, a Market Leader in Highway Surfacing sector, requires an established Surfacing Supervisor to oversee the day-to-day running of a number of road reconstruction schemes, based in the North Wales region.
Salary: £55,000 - £60,000 + Overtime/Uplift Allowance, Company Vehicle & Benefits
Key Responsibilities- Oversee day-to-day operations of road reconstruction schemes
- Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
- Manage and lead a team of workers
- Plan and organise work schedules
- Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders
- Relevant UK experience in Machine Lay Roads & Highways Asphalt Paving
- Strong team leadership, organisational & planning, and relationship building skills
- Good understanding of highway surfacing processes
