Responsive Repairs – Social Housing/Property Services
Up to £54,000 Plus Package

Our client, an established maintenance contractor based in the South East, is looking for an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join their property services division. They are one of the largest housing associations in the UK and deliver day to day responsive maintenance, construction and planned maintenance to housing stock across the country.

• Cost planning
• Closing out and setting up contracts commercially
• Strong knowledge of SOR codes
• Liaise with operational team to ensure works are completed on time and within budget
• Reconcile cost/value reports & profit forecasts
• Work off the NHF Schedule of rates
• Approve sub‑contractors & supplier payments
• Attend & charge progress meetings with clients
• Regular on site visits
• Overlook P&L with operational leads
• Cash flow management

5+ years experience as a Quantity Surveyor, or an experienced Assistant Quantity Surveyor looking for a step up. Report directly to the commercial manager.
