A leading multi-disciplinary building consultancy is seeking a Senior / Associate Quantity Surveyor to join their Manchester team. This role involves managing cost expectations on a significant city centre development and supporting various client projects across sectors. Ideal candidates will have a minimum of 7 years' experience, particularly in the Residential sector, and will be responsible for both pre- and post-contract services.

A strong knowledge of contract administration and the ability to lead teams is essential.
