Overview

Site Manager (Industrial Roofing / Cladding) – £45,000-£52,000 + Hybrid + Flexible Hours + Company Bonus + Progression + Training + Company Benefits. Covering sites across the North.

This well-established contractor works on varied construction projects – primarily roofing and cladding – for a broad range of clients across the UK, with a focus on the Industrial sector. They have grown steadily over 70 years and are looking to expand their Site team due to an increasing workload.

The role involves managing on-site operations for roofing projects, primarily within the Logistics sector, averaging £1m–£3m in size. You will oversee a tight-knit team and act as the first point of contact for issues, liaising closely with project managers, clients and other stakeholders. The position offers flexible working and a bonus to increase earnings.

• Play a key role in Industrial Roofing and Cladding projects
• Oversee site teams and manage day-to-day operations
• Ensure compliance with health and safety and quality standards
• Travel regularly to sites across the UK – primarily regional travel
• Liaise with project managers, clients and suppliers
