The Quantity Surveyor's role
The successful Quantity Surveyor will be working alongside a Quantity Surveying Director on an array of projects across the Northwest including healthcare, residential and commercial.
The Director is seeking a Quantity Surveyor who has experience doing Fund Monitoring, and is comfortable running a project or two independently, whilst supporting on larger, more complex projects.
The Quantity Surveyor
Completed a Quantity Surveying degree
3+ years Quantity Surveying experience
Strong Fund Monitoring experience
PQS / Consultancy background
MRICS or working towards
Pre and post contract experience
Driving licence

£40,000 - £50,000
