Your new role
As Freelance Site Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day delivery of an £11m office refurbishment within a live university campus in Manchester. You will manage subcontractors, coordinate multiple trades, maintain programme momentum, and ensure works are delivered safely and to a high standard while liaising closely with the wider project team.

What you'll need to succeed
Proven experience as a Site Manager on refurbishment projects £5m+Strong commercial / office refurbishment background

Experience working in live or occupied environments

SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid certificates

Strong leadership, organisation, and communication skills

What you'll get in return
£26 per hour (Umbrella PAYE)
Approx. £770 take-home per week

Long-term, stable freelance contract

Well-run project with experienced delivery team Immediate or short-notice start
