We are a large regional main build contractor, well established in the market, seeking an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our team. The role involves working on a range of projects from £5 million to £80 million, including residential, care homes and industrial sites within the Manchester area.

Duties

Monthly valuations
Preparing Bills of Quantities
Carrying out take‑offs
Monitoring material and labour costs
Communicating with project staff and sub‑contractors regularly to ensure all commercial procedures are in place

Qualifications and Experience

Qualified at degree level in a relevant field (desirable)
Proven experience working for a main contractor, with quantity surveying on new build projects
Site experience and ability to work independently within a large team
