Senior Quantity Surveyors
Salary: £competitive

Manchester (Northwest projects)

We are a large regional main build contractor, well established in the market, seeking an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our team. The role involves working on a range of projects from £5 million to £80 million, including residential, care homes and industrial sites within the Manchester area.
Duties- Monthly valuations
- Preparing Bills of Quantities
- Carrying out take‑offs
- Monitoring material and labour costs
- Communicating with project staff and sub‑contractors regularly to ensure all commercial procedures are in place
- Qualified at degree level in a relevant field (desirable)
- Proven experience working for a main contractor, with quantity surveying on new build projects
- Site experience and ability to work independently within a large team
We are looking for a proactive individual who can work to their own initiative and contribute to our high calibre contractor environment.
