Our client, a well-established multi-disciplinary consultancy, is seeking a Senior Building Surveyor to join their Manchester office. The practice employs over 270 people across 8 UK locations and offers a collaborative environment focused on high-quality project delivery.
The successful candidate will be working primarily on commercial sector projects, ranging from refurbishments and fit-outs to new builds, with excellent opportunities for future leadership.
Senior Building Surveyor Salary & Benefits- 23 days holiday plus bank holidays (option to buy/sell)

- Managing project-based building surveying commissions from inception to completion
- Preparing technical specifications, administering contracts, and overseeing contractors
- Carrying out pre-acquisition and condition surveys
- Assisting with client development and proposal preparation
Job Requirements
- Chartered (MRICS) with relevant experience- not essential if qualified via experience
- Confident managing client expectations and delivering quality outputs
- Full driving licence and ability to travel to sites across the region
