An established national surveying consultancy is seeking a Graduate Quantity Surveyor to join its growing Manchester team, providing a clear pathway for career progression and hands‑on experience across a variety of projects.

The successful Graduate Quantity Surveyor will join a consultancy that prides itself on building strong client relationships while supporting early-career Quantity Surveyors through excellent APC guidance, structured training, and career progression opportunities.

The Graduate Quantity Surveyor will work closely with a Senior QS to help in projects across the North of England, including across education and residential sectors.

• Focusing on completing APC
• Excellent communication skills
• Able to work in a team environment
• Solid Pre / Post contract knowledge
• Ideally some experience working within a PQS / Construction Consultancy

• £25,000 - £35,000
