We're looking for a Sub Agent to join our United Utilities Framework based across the North West of England.
Location:
Blackburn and Manchester (Multiple locations available).
Hours:
45 per week – some flexibility on hours available if desired, just let us know when you speak to us. We are unable to offer certificates of sponsorship to any candidates in this role. Join us as a Sub Agent and play a vital role in delivering projects that make a real difference. You'll work alongside a supportive team, coordinating site activities and ensuring work is completed safely, on schedule, and to the highest quality standards.

- Oversee daily site operations, ensuring work meets project plans, specifications, and safety standards.
- Coordinate with engineers, forepersons, and subcontractors to maintain smooth workflow.
- Monitor progress against schedules and implement solutions to address any delays.
- Conduct site inspections, quality checks, and risk assessments to ensure compliance.
- Support resource management, including labour, materials, and equipment, to maximise efficiency.
- Experience in site management, civil engineering, or construction supervision.
- Strong organisational skills and ability to coordinate teams and resources effectively.
- Solid understanding of construction methodologies and health & safety regulations.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and project specifications.
- Full driving licence and willingness to travel between project sites as required.
