Site Manager Planned Works (Kitchens Programme) Bradford Competitive Salary  Package Full Time | Permanent We are currently recruiting for an experienced Site Manager to oversee planned kitchen replacement programmes across social housing properties in the Bradford area. This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established contractor delivering high-quality planned maintenance works. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day site operations, ensuring works are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to a high standard of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Managing kitchen replacement programmes within occupied social housing properties Overseeing subcontractors and direct labour on site Ensuring health & safety compliance across all works Monitoring programme delivery and productivity Conducting site inspections and quality checks Liaising with tenants, clients, and internal teams professionally Managing materials, site paperwork, and reporting requirements Delivering projects to agreed timescales and standards Requirements:
Proven experience as a Site Manager within planned works/social housing Strong experience managing kitchen refurbishment programmes SMSTS essential CSCS Card First Aid qualification preferred Excellent communication and organisational skills Ability to manage multiple trades and maintain programme targets Full UK Driving Licence Whats on
