Shopfitting Estimator

Estimator Salary: £45,000 - £55,000 DOE Join a well-established shopfitting and bespoke joinery contractor delivering high-quality retail, hospitality and commercial fit-out projects across the UK.

The Role They are looking for an Estimator to join the team, taking responsibility for pricing and tendering a range of joinery shopfitting & interior fit out projects from enquiry through to submission. Responsibilities Reviewing drawings, specifications and tender documentation. Producing detailed cost estimates and tender submissions. Preparing take-offs and bills of quantities. Obtaining and analysing supplier and subcontractor quotations. Pricing bespoke joinery, manufacturing and fit-out packages.

Identifying value engineering opportunities where appropriate. Working closely with clients, suppliers and internal teams throughout the tender process. Requirements Previous estimating experience within joinery, shopfitting or interior fit-out. Strong understanding of bespoke joinery and manufacturing processes. Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications. Good commercial awareness and attention to detail. Strong communication and organisational skills. Experience using estimating software and Microsoft Excel would be advantageous.
