Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to deliver RC Frame and Groundworks packages on projects valued between £5m and £10m across Manchester. The successful candidate will take responsibility for safety, programme, quality, commercial performance and client relationships from pre-construction through to handover.

Key Responsibilities

Manage RC Frame and Groundworks projects from inception to completion.

Deliver projects safely, on programme and within budget.

Lead site teams including Site Managers, Engineers and Foremen.

Coordinate labour, plant, materials and subcontractors.

Monitor programme performance and project risks.

Work closely with Commercial teams to manage budgets, forecasts and variations.

Chair client and progress meetings.

Ensure compliance with HSE, quality and company procedures.

Requirements

Proven experience managing RC Frame and Groundworks projects.

Experience delivering schemes valued at £5m-£10m.

Strong understanding of concrete frame construction, groundworks and temporary works.

SMSTS, CSCS Black Card and First Aid qualification preferred.

Excellent leadership and client-facing skills.

Full UK Driving Licence.

Pay: £325.00-£375.00 per day
