A well-known, well respected multi-disciplinary construction company based in key UK locations is seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their team in Manchester.
The RoleThe successful Senior Quantity Surveyor will be joining the team on a major Public Sector framework, which runs until 2032.
The role is a combination of refurb, renovation and extension work, as well as some major £100m+ new build projects.
The Senior Quantity Surveyor will be responsible for:
- Regular reporting to clients
- Cost control from inception through to completion
(This is not an exhaustive list)
About you- At least 3 years experience as a Quantity Surveyor
- Exceptional client‑facing skills and ability to manage projects ranging in value
- Resilient and assertive
- MRICS preferred but not essential
- Up to £70,000
- Generous annual leave entitlement with annual increase
- Performance based bonus
- Commission on new business
