Job Description

A leading Surveying Consultancy is seeking an Assistant Quantity Surveyor to join its growing Manchester office, offering excellent career development and project exposure.

The successful Assistant Quantity Surveyor will join a consultancy that prides itself on building strong client relationships while promoting personal development through excellent APC support and clear career progression pathways. The Assistant will work closely with a Senior Quantity Surveyor to help deliver projects across the North of England, including education schemes and student accommodation developments.

• Work closely with Senior Quantity Surveyor to deliver projects across the North of England.
• Complete APC related tasks.

• Excellent communication skills.
• Able to work in a team environment.
• Good pre/post contract knowledge.
• Experience working within a PQS / Construction Consultancy.

• £30,000 - £40,000
