My client are a civil engineering subcontractor who are currently seeking a Working Foreman to help deliver a United Utilities scheme in Manchester, with an immediate start available.
Responsibilities- Toolbox talks
- Client liaison
- Health and safety compliance
- Ordering materials
- Working hands-on alongside site teams when required
- Supervising operatives and subcontractors
- Overseeing day-to-day delivery of civil engineering works
- Ensuring works are delivered on programme and to specification
- Coordinating plant, labour, and site activities
- Monitoring quality standards and maintaining site records
- Supporting the Site Agent and Project Manager with project delivery
- Black or Gold CSCS
- SSSTS or SMSTS
- Previous experience working on United Utilities, water treatment, or water infrastructure schemes
- Strong civil engineering background
- Ability to lead teams whilst remaining hands-on when required
- IT literate
- Full UK driving licence
