As a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you'll work closely with our leadership team and clients across a range of exciting projects throughout the UK.

You'll be trusted to take ownership, contribute ideas, build relationships, and play a key role in delivering exceptional outcomes for our clients.

• Cost planning and cost management
• Procurement and tendering advice
• Contract administration
• Budget management and financial reporting
• Risk and value management
• Stakeholder and client engagement
• Delivering high-quality commercial advice across a variety of projects

We're looking for someone who is technically strong, commercially aware, and confident working directly with clients.

• Minimum 3 years' post-graduate Quantity Surveying experience
• Consultancy-side experience within the UK market
• MRICS qualified or APC completion expected within the next 6 months
• Strong commercial and contractual knowledge
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• A proactive, solutions-focused mindset
• Ambition to progress and grow within a dynamic consultancy environment
