Fusion People are recruiting an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join a long-term Rail Infrastructure project in Manchester, with travel to Central Huddersfield three days per week. The role covers pre-contract through to completion, ensuring commercial performance and contractual compliance.
This contract runs until 31 December 2026 and is outside IR35. You will report to the Commercial Manager, manage costs, subcontractors, variations, and provide commercial guidance to project teams.
