Preconstruction Engineer

The Role:

• You'll join a growing pre-construction and work-winning team, supporting tender planning, methodology development, and early project strategy across a diverse portfolio of civil engineering schemes.
• You will use your site experience to:
• Develop buildable methodologies and construction sequencing for tenders and early-stage schemes
• Provide practical input into tender programmes, logistics, temporary works approaches and delivery strategy
• Review drawings, constraints and risks to identify smarter, safer and more efficient ways of delivering the works
• Work closely with estimators, planners, bid managers and design teams to shape winning submissions
