Whiteoak Associates is seeking a Regional Principal Contractor to oversee interior fit-out and construction projects across Greater London and the South East. You will work with a Site Manager, supervising day-to-day activities and coordinating with clients and subcontractors to ensure delivery on time and to high quality standards.
Ideal candidates have at least 12 months of relevant experience, hold CSCS or SMSTS cards, and demonstrate strong communication and proactive problem-solving.
