What will you be doing?

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage the safe delivery of construction and infrastructure projects from planning through to completion.
Oversee site teams, subcontractors and suppliers to ensure works are delivered on time, within budget and to the required quality standards.
Champion health, safety, environmental and compliance standards across all work activities.
Coordinate labour, plant, materials and resources to maximise efficiency and productivity.
Monitor project progress, identify risks and implement solutions to maintain programme performance.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders and operational teams.

What you'll bring

Proven experience as a Works Manager or senior site management professional within construction, civil engineering or infrastructure projects.
Strong leadership, organisational and communication skills.
Sound knowledge of health, safety and environmental legislation.
Ability to manage multiple work streams and operational teams effectively.
SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid qualifications.
Experience working under NEC contracts and in client-facing environments is desirable.
