United Infrastructure seeks a seasoned Lead Quantity Surveyor to own the retrofit stream under a Guinness Partnership contract. You will manage the commercial aspects of SHDF-funded retrofit projects, including cost control, valuations, subcontractor management, forecasting and final accounts.
You will lead a team of Assistant Quantity Surveyors, ensure robust commercial processes, and deliver value for money through collaborative working with design, pre-construction and delivery teams.
