Linear Recruitment is seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join the team on mixed use projects across North West/Warrington. The ideal candidate will have experience on new build projects with experience in both JCT and NEC contracts. Commercial, Retail, Care and Industrial projects.
You will produce and manage cost plans, tendering, and cost control, attend meetings, and support site teams. A HND/Degree in Quantity Surveying and CSCS card are required; IT proficiency and strong communication
