The Resolute Group are seeking a Commercial Manager to lead the commercial management of multiple projects in the North West, overseeing cost reporting, CVRs and final accounts for £5m–£20m schemes. You will support a small team of Quantity Surveyors and ensure NEC/JCT contract compliance across new build and refurbishment works.
Hybrid working with 2–3 days from home and 2–3 days in the Bolton/Manchester region, with occasional site visits to meet clients and manage cash flow and client
